Thank you for shopping at Ocxbless Jewerly. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer 30-day return policy for eligible items, in line with industry standards and consumer protection guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories (e.g., jewelry boxes, cleaning cloths, certificates of authenticity) intact. Please note that the original product packaging is part of the item, and damage or loss of packaging may affect your return eligibility or result in a fee to cover restoration costs.
  • For items returned due to allergies, please provide a doctor’s certificate and submit your return request within 30 days of receipt. Items with more than 1/3 of their usage will not be accepted for return.
  • Jewelry that has been altered, resized (without our prior approval), or damaged due to improper usage is not eligible for return.

If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and other issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

To request an exchange:
  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery, providing photos/videos of the defective or damaged item to confirm the issue.
  2. Once we receive and verify the defective item, we will ship a replacement item (of the same style and size) within 3 business days. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
For exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., wrong size, change of mind), please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

 

Additional Notes

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, defective item).
  • If you used a discount code for your purchase, the discount code will not be reinstated after a return is processed.
  • For orders placed during promotional events, returns must include all items from the order (no partial returns) to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that do not meet our eligibility requirements, or for customers with excessive return history.
