Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry may take an additional 3–5 business days to process, as these items are handcrafted to your specifications.

Shipping Methods & Times

We offer the following shipping options to ensure your jewelry arrives safely, with a focus on secure delivery for valuable items:
  • Standard Shipping (US & Canada): Delivery within 5–10 business days after shipment. Shipping via USPS First Class Mail or Canada Post Regular Parcel, with tracking information provided.
  • Expedited Shipping (US & Canada): Delivery within 2–4 business days after shipment. Shipping via USPS Priority Mail or Canada Post, with tracking and insurance included (additional fees apply).
  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–15 business days after shipment. Shipping via DHL or FedEx, with tracking and insurance included (additional fees apply).
Shipping times are estimates and may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or customs processing (for international orders).

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (US & Canada): Free for orders over $50; $4.99 for orders under $50.
  • Expedited Shipping (US & Canada): $12.99 per order (regardless of order value).
  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country – these fees are not included in the shipping cost or order total.

Packaging & Insurance

All Ocxbless Jewerly items are packaged in a elegant, protective jewelry box, wrapped in tissue paper, and placed in a secure shipping envelope or box to prevent damage during transit. For high-value items (over $100), shipping insurance is included at no additional cost to protect against loss or damage in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at support@ocxblessjewerly.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and tracking information (if available), and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. For lost packages, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund (whichever you prefer). For damaged packages, we will arrange for a return of the damaged item and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been processed. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
